-those coming with the bus, please reach the school foyer latest by 9.45AM. Try to come after 9.30AM as the school gate will only be open after 9.30AM
-those coming with your parents, please reach Raffles Institution (JC) latest by 10.25AM
-Juniors please take note and inform your parents that lunch will not be provided. Please have a very heavy breakfast that can last you till 3PM. We will reach back school at approximately 3.30PM

-In charge of all school-based paperwork, issues,collect pink forms and conduct debrief

-In charge of all Head Quarter paperwork, collecting lists and assist the secretary

-In charge of the collection of Red Cross Funds and in charge of expenses and account of the unit

-In charge of the ordering of uniform accessories and accreditation badges

-In charge of sickbay duty, sickbay duty list and replenishing missing items in First Aid Kit
